Counseling Concerns

Everyone faces challenges in life that can be difficult.  It may be time to consider counseling when you begin to see the impact of those challenges effect your relationships with others, your job or school performance, your ability to enjoy activities/hobbies, or addressing basic needs such as sleeping, eating, and self-care in the healthy manner.  Counseling is used to address a variety of difficult situations in life.  Some of the concerns I can address in counseling include:

  • Communication
  • Depression
  • Grief and Loss
  • Transitional Stages in Life
  • Stress Management
  • Time Management
  • Low Self-esteem
  • Parenting Concerns
  • Behavioral Concerns in Children and Adolescents
  • Traumatic Event
  • Relationships
  • Anxiety
  • Anger Management

The signs and symptoms of the above concerns can vary greatly from person to person.  If you are unsure if you are having difficulty in one of these areas or have questions, please feel free to call me at 205-461-8060 to set up an appointment.
